As the current slows to relocate, our ozone becomes weakened. This allows more dangerous UV rays to reach the surface and wreak havoc. It creates a hotter environment which destroys crops and melts glaciers. As glaciers and our Permafrost melt, frozen bacteria are freed from their hibernation. These bacteria begin feeding and create high amounts of carbon into the atmosphere, exacerbating the problem.
This intense heat that’s created causes mass extinctions on the surface and adds to the heat and pressure that our core is already under. Our planet attempts to stabilize by releasing heat and pressure through an activity like earthquakes and volcanoes, which is why we see an increase in earthquakes lately.
Eventually, the poles will settle into a new area and our planet’s current will flow stronger than we’ve experienced in written history. This stronger ozone will protect us from far greater amounts of UV, allowing the planet to cool so much that we will enter another of many ice ages.
The current will slowly magnetize the crust again over millions of years and the process will repeat itself.
All we can do is prepare ourselves to endure extreme conditions and minimize losses.
